dc.description.abstract | Los siguientes puntos forman parte de nuestra visión cuando consideramos el liderazgo eficaz en la educación, con especial referencia al liderazgo de los profesores. Nos impulsa el compromiso con el diálogo abierto y la plena transparencia sobre nuestras acciones, valores y aspiraciones de comportamiento ético, defendiendo los derechos fundamentales que apoyan a todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Estudios teóricos y empíricos sobre el liderazgo - Entorno de colaboración para el desarrollo profesional permanente Los modelos mentales, la tutoría y cómo se capacita a los educadores para marcar la diferencia aparecen en todo el libro. Nuestro objetivo es reimaginar la experiencia de aprendizaje y crear un modelo de mejora continua que aproveche al máximo el talento de los profesores alineando las responsabilidades de liderazgo con la experiencia. El documento es tanto una forma de escritura reflexiva sobre las formas en que entendemos el liderazgo, como un consejo para quienes optan por sentarse en los sillones del liderazgo educativo. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The following are part of our vision when we consider effective leadership in education, with particular reference to teacher leadership. We are driven by a commitment to open dialogue and full transparency about our actions, values and aspirations for ethical behavior - advocating fundamental rights supportive of all members of the educational community. Theory-Based and Empirical Studies on Leadership - Collaborative Environment for Lifelong Professional Development Mental models, mentoring and how educators are empowered to make a difference feature across the book. Our goal is to reimagine the learning experience and create a model of continuous improvement that makes the most of teachers' talents by aligning leadership responsibilities with expertise. The paper is both a form of reflective writing on the ways we understand leadership, as well as advice for those who choose to sit in educational leadership chairs. | eng |
