dc.description.abstractLas instituciones educativas necesitan enfocarse en la importancia del desarrollo del liderazgo estudiantil, particularmente en el contexto de los programas de enseñanza del idioma inglés. Para esto, es crucial explorar el concepto de liderazgo, sus definiciones y su importancia en el contexto educativo, ya que el liderazgo estudiantil surge del liderazgo en general. Por lo tanto, este documento profundiza en el empoderamiento de los líderes estudiantiles y las implicaciones para el futuro, enfatizando la necesidad de que las instituciones educativas fomenten las habilidades de liderazgo estudiantil y proporcionen oportunidades significativas para la voz y la toma de decisiones de los estudiantes. El plan culmina la asignación final de un curso de liderazgo e innovación. En consecuencia, desarrollará un enfoque estratégico para cultivar un liderazgo efectivo dentro de las instituciones educativas. El programa tiene como objetivo identificar y abordar sistemáticamente las fortalezas actuales y las brechas de habilidades entre los líderes existentes y futuros a través de un proceso integral de evaluación.spa

For this, exploring the concept of leadership, its definitions, and its importance in the educational context is crucial as student leadership stems from leadership in general. Therefore, this paper delves into the empowerment of student leaders and the implications for the future, emphasizing the need for educational institutions to foster student leadership skills and provide meaningful opportunities for student voice and decision-making. The plan culminates the final assignment of a leadership and innovation course. Consequently, it will develop a strategic approach to cultivate effective leadership within educational institutions. The program aims to systematically identify and address the current strengths and skill gaps among existing and future leaders through a comprehensive assessment process.eng
