dc.description.abstract | En un mundo en constante cambio e incertidumbre, los modelos tradicionales de liderazgo no son suficientes para responder a las demandas actuales y superarlas con éxito. Ante esta realidad, el liderazgo adaptativo ha cobrado relevancia y se ha consolidado como un enfoque estratégico que promueve la flexibilidad, la colaboración y la innovación en entornos dinámicos, especialmente en el ámbito educativo. Esta declaración personal de liderazgo determinará nuestro enfoque, cualidades y futuras prácticas como docentes líderes. Por lo tanto, el propósito de este trabajo será ofrecer una respuesta original que refleje una articulación de nuestra comprensión actual del liderazgo en relación con los diversos conceptos de liderazgo, nuestras suposiciones sobre el fenómeno, el trabajo colaborativo, el empoderamiento y las implicaciones para las prácticas potenciales. Este trabajo enfatiza la identificación de la tarea de aprendizaje como la tarea final de un programa de estudios. dc.description.abstract | In an ever-changing and uncertainty world, traditional leadership models are not sufficient to respond to current demands and overcome them successfully. In view of this reality, adaptive leadership has gained relevance and has established itself as a strategic approach that promotes flexibility, collaboration and innovation in dynamic environments, especially in the educational field. This personal leadership statement will determine our approach, qualities and future practices as teacher leaders. Thus, the purpose of this paper will be to give an original response that reflects an articulation of our current leadership understanding concerning the various concepts of leadership, our assumptions about the phenomenon, collaborative work, empowerment, and implication for potential practices. This paper emphasizes the identification of the learning task as the final learning assignment of a course of study. This statement represents a point of departure for community building and professional goal setting at the undergraduate level. | eng |
