dc.description.abstractA personal leadership statement. As educators and advocates for lifelong learning, we aspire to lead in ways that empower and inspire others to reach their full potential. We aim to lead by example, fostering trust, motivation, and collaboration within our teams and communities. Leadership, for us, means creating inclusive spaces where every individual feels valued, respected, and encouraged to contribute to shared goals. Guided by Daft’s (2008) theories, we believe in turning challenges into opportunities for growth and helping others recognize their strengths. Through shared decision-making, adaptability, and resilience, we strive to create lasting, positive impacts in education, especially in foreign language teaching.eng
