dc.description.abstractEl concepto de liderazgo se aborda de manera más progresiva en los entornos educativos, entendiéndolo como un proceso relacional y ético, más allá de la visión tradicional que lo considera simplemente una posición de autoridad. Este trabajo examina el papel del liderazgo auténtico y el empoderamiento en la promoción de entornos escolares inclusivos, emocionalmente seguros y colaborativos. A partir de los principios del liderazgo auténtico, se analizarán aspectos como la transparencia, la inteligencia emocional y la toma de decisiones distribuida en culturas escolares democráticas y participativas. Este trabajo es el resultado de un curso de desarrollo profesional centrado en el liderazgo, con el objetivo de integrar la teoría con el crecimiento personal y la aplicación profesional.spa
dc.description.abstractThe concept of leadership is taken more progressively in educational settings as a relational and ethical process, besides the traditional view of it as a position of authority. This paper examines the role of authentic leadership and empowerment in fostering inclusive, emotionally safe, and collaborative school environments. Based on the tenets of authentic leadership, how transparency, emotional intelligence, and distributed decision-making in democratic and participative school cultures will be further analyzed. This work results from a leadership-focused professional development course, aiming to synthesize theory with personal growth and professional application.eng
