dc.description.abstractEste informe expone el desarrollo de una práctica empresarial enfocada en fortalecer la gestión ambiental en una institución prestadora de servicios de salud. Las actividades realizadas estuvieron orientadas a mejorar el cumplimiento normativo en el manejo de residuos, optimizar procesos internos y fomentar una cultura ambiental organizacional. Se implementaron acciones estratégicas como actualizaciones normativas, formación al personal, seguimiento operativo y herramientas de control, logrando avances significativos en la gestión integral de residuos. La experiencia permitió aplicar conocimientos técnicos en un entorno real y demostrar el papel clave del ingeniero ambiental en el sector salud.spa
