dc.description.abstract | A lo largo de la vida, el liderazgo y el empoderamiento han sido esenciales para fomentar la visión, la motivación y un compromiso compartido con la transformación. El liderazgo transformacional va más allá del logro de objetivos institucionales: inspira a las personas a crecer, innovar y actuar al servicio de un propósito colectivo mayor para sus estudiantes. Este trabajo busca explorar cómo los docentes líderes implementan el liderazgo transformacional al promover la confianza, la visión y las relaciones significativas que enriquecen sus comunidades. Este enfoque examina los conceptos y supuestos fundamentales del liderazgo transformacional, enfatizando la importancia de motivar a otros a través de la inspiración, la influencia idealizada y el apoyo individualizado. Las escuelas deben priorizar entornos donde los participantes estén empoderados para tomar la iniciativa, aceptar el cambio y desarrollar su potencial. El plan presentado constituye la tarea de aprendizaje culminante de un curso de Liderazgo Transformacional e Innovación. Desde esta perspectiva, el liderazgo transformacional fomenta la acción ética y visionaria que fortalece el crecimiento personal e institucional, como se analiza en este trabajo. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Throughout life, leadership and empowerment have been essential in fostering vision, motivation, and a shared commitment to transformation. Transformational leadership goes beyond achieving institutional goals: it inspires people to grow, innovate, and act in service of a greater collective purpose for their students. This paper seeks to explore how teacher leaders implement transformational leadership by promoting trust, vision, and meaningful relationships that enrich their communities. This approach examines the fundamental concepts and assumptions of transformational leadership, emphasizing the importance of motivating others through inspiration, idealized influence, and individualized support. Schools should prioritize environments where participants are empowered to take initiative, embrace change, and develop their potential. The plan presented constitutes the culminating learning assignment of a Transformational Leadership and Innovation course. From this perspective, transformational leadership fosters ethical and visionary action that strengthens personal and institutional growth, as analyzed in this paper. | eng |
