dc.description.abstractAs a leader, we are creative people who guide to achieve with efficiency and certainty the goals and objectives that are set in the group. Besides, we seek to encourage and motivate our followers to be willing to collaborate and carry out all activities and maintain the interest of the group despite the obstacles and crises that can be found throughout the work. As leaders, we know how to use power without the abuse of it using it responsibly, and promoting a harmonious environment for good results.spa
