dc.description.abstractIn education, academia recognizes the imperative to integrate dynamic assessment tools within higher education programs to cultivate appropriate leadership skills. A strategic method requires that the theoretical knowledge acquired be implemented in personalized plans for the correct development of leadership. This exposition outlines a concise but powerful plan for the development of transformational leadership, based on the esteemed Academic Model of the University of Córdoba. Integrated into the Transformational Leadership and Innovation course curriculum, this plan prepares aspiring leaders to imbue their academic leadership frameworks with the principles of transformational leadership. Serving as a guiding framework for greater leadership effectiveness, this outlined plan clarifies effective implementation.eng
