dc.description.abstractEn el panorama educativo se destaca cada día la importancia de los docentes con mentalidad de líder, no solo para guiar a sus alumnos, sino con el compromiso de contribuir positivamente a construir un mejor proceso de empoderamiento y adaptación. Por ello, el liderazgo debe tener un papel principal en las instituciones educativas y para nosotros como futuros profesores implica la motivación de convertirse en líderes. El objetivo de esta declaración personal sobre el liderazgo es explorar los conceptos que rodean al liderazgo docente, la perspectiva del empoderamiento y el liderazgo adaptativo y cómo pueden influir en las prácticas académicas y ayudar a los profesores a convertirse en líderes de sus escuelas y crear espacios de empoderamiento y adaptabilidad para sus alumnos y otros dentro del contexto escolar.spa
dc.description.abstractIn the educational landscape every day is highlighted the importance of teachers with a leader's mindset, not only to guide their students, but with the commitment to contribute positively to build a better process of empowerment and adaptation. This is why leadership must have a main role in the educational institutions, and for us as future teachers imply the motivation of becoming a leader. The purpose of this personal leadership statement is to explore the concepts surrounding teacher leadership, empowerment and the adaptive leadership perspective and how they can influence academic practices and help teachers to become leaders for their schools and create spaces of empowerment and adaptability for their students and others within the school context.eng
