dc.description.abstract | The due knowledge of the users about their rights and duties in health is of the utmost importance, since through understanding the users will be able to have clear power to choose in which health institution to go to receive medical attention and deal with the missionaries. In addition, it will allow the user to create responsibilities around the care and protection of their health. That is why there are regulations, in which the Social Enterprise of the State E.S.E, Institutions Providers of Health Services I.P.S and the Health Promoting Entities E.P.S of existing health are followed to provide clear and truthful information to its users. Among them is statutory law 1751 of 2015, which in its article 1 aims to guarantee the fundamental right to health, regulate it and establish its protection mechanisms and Resolution 229 of 2020, which speaks of the guidelines of the letter of the rights and duties of people affiliated with the General System of Social Security in Health – SGSSS. | spa |

dc.description.resumen | El conocimiento de los usuarios sobre sus derechos y deberes en salud es de suma importancia, ya que mediante la comprensión sus los derechos y deberes en salud, los usuarios podrán tener clara potestad de elegir en que institución de salud ir a recibir atención médica y darán buen trato con el personal médico, Además le permitirá al usuario crear responsabilidades en cuanto al cuidado y protección de su salud. Es por ello que existen normas, en las cuales se siguen las Empresa Social del Estado E.S.E, Instituciones Prestadores de servicios de Salud I.P.S y las Entidades Promotoras de Salud E.P.S de salud existentes para dar información clara y veraz a sus usuarios. Entre ellas está la ley estatutaria 1751 de 2015, la cual en su artículo 1° tiene como objeto garantizar el derecho fundamental a la salud, regularlo y establecer sus mecanismos de protección y la Resolución 229 de 2020, que habla de los lineamientos de la carta de los derechos y deberes de las personas afiliadas al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud – SGSSS.
