dc.description.abstract | This paper explores the concept and nature of leadership with a transformational approach in the educational context of foreign language teaching, specifically English. Through the analysis of foundations proposed by leading authors such as Daft and Northouse, the importance of team learning, collaboration and empowerment are discussed. Throughout the analysis, the author's personal perspectives on these issues are also included. At the end of the essay, a plan for implementing leadership and empowerment practices in learning is proposed, integrating theoretical foundations and personal experiences in order to highlight the value of leadership in education. | eng |
dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo explora el concepto y la naturaleza del liderazgo con enfoque transformacional en el contexto educativo de la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, concretamente del inglés. A través del análisis de fundamentos propuestos por autores destacados como Daft y Northouse, se discute la importancia del aprendizaje en equipo, la colaboración y el empoderamiento. A lo largo del análisis, también se incluyen las perspectivas personales del autor sobre estos temas. Al final del ensayo, se propone un plan para implementar prácticas de liderazgo y empoderamiento en el aprendizaje, integrando fundamentos teóricos y experiencias personales con el fin de resaltar el valor del liderazgo en la educación. | spa |
