dc.description.abstractLeadership is seen as a prime factor in improving school effectiveness. Leadership makes a difference. Effective leadership improves schools. As a purpose, leadership is to ensure academic success through process, material and training improvements. This is mainly accomplished through collaboration with different individuals, such as educators, parents and students (Southworth, 2017). This personal leadership statement describes a leadership profile enable to mention a set of qualities that a leader represents within a group. Moreover, there are some assumptions which are stablished with the intention of growing as leader teachers little by little. There are some questions that must be bear in mind for improving our duties and responsibilities. Leadership empowerment and implications for the future is focused on demonstrating how the empowerment contribute within the educational organization as a strategic educational tool capable of revolutionizing organizational structures with thinking rooted in the belief that decision making should always be done by top management. The empowerment of leadership is a fundamental part of the educational system and in order for it to be effective there should be an effort on the part of the people who make up the system.spa
