    This article aims to show the importance of teacher leadership, its concept, and the characteristics of a leader. In addition to defining teacher's empowerment, describing leadership empowerment, and its benefits for people around, with the purpose to encourage teachers to be good leaders and be empowered to develop classes in a better way. Likewise, this article contains personal assumptions, implications for the future, experience throughout the course, and the personal goals and expectations of the authors as future teachers, and thus be able to have adequate management in the classroom and develop the classes effectively.

    El Primer Foro Virtual de Evaluación Formativa, “Por una evaluación diferenciada en tiempos de crisis, para profesores en formación inicial y continua” se concibe como la oportunidad para compartir experiencias, reflexiones e investigaciones alrededor del campo de la evaluación desde una lectura integral en la escuela, donde tiene especial sentido preguntarse, a qué tipo de evaluación de los aprendizajes le apostamos, qué tipo de docente, prácticas, metodologías, relaciones, recursos, convergen al cumplimento de premisas educativas en la calidad del aprendizaje

    There is no universal definition of leadership because of different perspectives stated by different authors, organizations, and societies across the world and throughout time. Despite the differences in opinion, these sources share a similar thought in the idea that they see leadership as a process through which a person influences and leads the actions of a united team to achieve a common goal. One clear example of this thought is Gibb's statement “leadership is not a fixed attribute of personality but is a function of the group aims and values, and of the organization and techniques available for reaching a goal” (1947, p.3).

    Through the years, leadership and empowerment have been an essential matter for embracing courage and confidence to act for the benefit of a community. Successful leadership requires guiding others based on solid moral principles that extend beyond reaching academic objectives. This paper aims to explore and understand how teacher leaders implement trustworthiness, values, and ethical principles cultivating common moralities and aspirations. Through this statement, this article examines fundamental concepts and underlying assumptions, about leadership and moral leadership, highlighting the critical role of empowering leaders to shape the future effectively. Schools should prioritize creating an environment that encourages participants to actively engage in their growth and problem-solving processes. Thus, the plan is culminating learning task of a Moral Leadership and Innovation course. For that reason, the moral leadership perspective promotes leading others with ethical principles, integrity, and mutual respect, fostering both personal development and shared achievements.
