Publicación Acceso abierto Asociación entre el exceso de masa corporal y factores de riesgo comportamentales de los participantes del programa de hábitos y estilos de vida saludable de Montería(Universidad de Córdoba, 2020-11-14) Monsalve Vertel, Claudia Patricia; Petro Soto, Jorge LuisEn Córdoba desde varios años se viene desarrollando el Programa de Hábitos y Estilos de Vida Saludable (HEVS) «Por tu salud muévete, Cordobés”, que constituye una estrategia comunitaria plausible para promocionar los hábitos saludables y, específicamente, la práctica regular de actividad física. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la asociación entre el exceso de masa corporal y los factores de riesgo comportamentales de los participantes del programa (HEVS) de la ciudad de Montería. Para ello se planteó un diseño analítico de casos y controles de corte transversal. Se obtuvieron los datos del registro del programa HEVS Córdoba, posteriormente se hizo un filtrado de los datos y se seleccionaron quienes cumplían con los siguientes criterios de inclusión: mujeres inscritas formalmente en el programa HEVS Córdoba de la ciudad de Montería, con un rango de edad entre los 18 – 64 años, y se excluyeron aquellos casos que tenían registros incompletos en la base de datos. Se procedió a calcular las variables de estudio y se establecen las categorías (presente y ausente). La muestra seleccionada fue de (n = 135) se organizó en dos grupos: exceso de masa corporal (n = 85) y normopeso (= 50). Además, se realizó un análisis bajo el enfoque de data mining que permitió establecer agrupamiento natural con base en el algoritmo del clúster de dos fases que, de forma complementaria, permite profundizar la caracterización, comparación o relación entre las variables de estudio.Publicación Restringido Perfil de estilo de vida promotor de salud en estudiantes de enfermería. Objective: To evaluate the profile of the health-promoting lifestyle in the students, of the Nursing Program of an IES in Montería - Córdoba, in the light of Nola Pender's MPS. Methodology: Crosssectional descriptive quantitative study; From the total population (n = 278) a sample of 157 students was taken, the Nola Pender Lifestyle Profile Questionnaire (PEPSI) was applied on its Spanish version. The data were analyzed according the descriptive statistic. On the entire study the compliance of the ethical criteria for research in humans was given. Results: 55% of the population have a healthy lifestyle and 45% an unhealthy lifestyle; According to the Nutrition dimension: 57% of the population has a healthy lifestyle and 43% an unhealthy lifestyle; According to the Physical Activity dimension: 76% of the population have a healthy lifestyle and 24% an unhealthy lifestyle; According to the dimension Responsibility with health: 17% of the population have a healthy lifestyle and 83% an unhealthy lifestyle; According to the Stress management dimension: 20% of the population have a healthy lifestyle and 80% an unhealthy lifestyle; According to the Interpersonal Support dimension: 57% of the population have a healthy lifestyle and 43% an unhealthy lifestyle. Regarding the Self-action or personal fulfillment dimension: 96% of the population has a healthy lifestyle and 4% an unhealthy lifestyle. Conclusion: More than half of the students of the Nursing Program present a healthy lifestyle; It is evidenced that there is a higher percentage of students who in the dimensions of: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Interpersonal Support and Self-Action present a healthy lifestyle.
