Different perspectives of leadership exist; when we are aware of the leadership that best suits our goals, we may successfully lead others, which improves everyone's performance and overall job accomplishment. Hence, this leadership statement will focus on teacher leadership; this perspective will help us contribute to education and achieve what we want to improve in educational settings as future teacher leaders, which is to increase teacher collaboration to enhance students’ learning process. This leadership statement summarizes the real perception of leadership in schools by focusing on the positive aspects that need to be followed in order to inspire both teachers and students to develop and discover exceptional management skills. Thus, we will provide a general overview of different concepts related to leadership, our personal assumptions, making emphasis on educational leadership and the potential abilities for empowerment, and future implications by which learners will be encouraged to become future leaders. Leadership is not just about having the power to influence others. As demonstrated by Daft (2008) "leadership is an influence relationship among leaders and followers who intend real changes and outcomes that reflect their shared purposes" (p. 4). It means that leadership is a relationship of influence between leaders and followers who intend genuine outcomes and changes that reflect their common purposes. In this work we are going to cover from this perspective, teacher leadership involves not only the traditional roles of teaching and mentoring students, but also a broader role of contributing to the development of educational policies, programs, and practices. This is why, recognizing the crucial role of ethical decision-making and empowerment to encourage responsible citizens and critical thinkers, schools find it imperative to delve into the profound understanding of moral leadership. This paper focuses on addressing such challenges through the lens of moral leadership in education, exploring its assumptions, implications for the future, and the empowering role of teachers in shaping morally responsible individuals. This proposed statement serves as the final outcome of the Diploma course 'Lifelong Professional Development: Empowering Foreign Language Teachers'. Thus, it prepares undergraduate students to be future foreign language teacher leaders who are committed to ethical values such as justice, equality and responsibility. In order to reach or achieve empowerment during the teaching and learning leadership of the apprentices, teachers need to start making their own cooperative decisions based on the given resources in order to take the risk of improving, enriching, and developing new proposals based on the diversity found in the educational environment. This paper focus on highlighting the importance of being an empowered teacher leader in the classroom. This guided course provided all of us with the necessary qualities and characteristics to recognize our main factions as leaders, and also how to use these characteristics to positively influence the educational system in our environment. Therefore, this paper describes the variety of existing concepts about what leadership is, its implications, and its relevance in the educational-academic field. Moreover, in this article, we will give an answer to what leadership, empowerment, teacher leadership, and collaborative work are for us. The plan is for the entire educational community, be they teachers, students, or leading parents, to have autonomy but, above all, empowerment. To answer this question, it is necessary to clarify the concept of leadership and how this concept has changed over the years. This phenomenon has had great transcendence but so far, no precise definition has been obtained, therefore there are several opinions that have been taken as references to build a concept. A statement that helps us to get closer to the meaning of leadership is that Daft (2008) has stated, “Leadership occurs among people; it is not something done to people” (p.5). We can define leadership as a relationship between a person who leads and another who follows with a common purpose; these are features that become indispensable for leadership to exist.
