Publicación Acceso abierto Correlación entre justicia organizacional, síndrome de boreout e inseguridad contractual en los trabajadores del sector público de la ciudad de Montería(2024-07-10) Arteaga Viche, Angélica María; Higuita Loaiza, Estefanía; Hernández Riaño, Helman Hernández; Plaza Gómez, María TrinidadThe purpose of this research was to find the relationship between organizational justice, boreout syndrome and contractual insecurity; this, using the Structural Equations Model (SEM), to determine how it can affect workers in the public sector of the city of Montería, in Córdoba. Regarding the measurement of the variables, three instruments were used: the organizational justice questionnaire, the contractual insecurity scale, and the boreout syndrome scale; these were applied to twenty-four companies by virtual means, due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, and 201 data were collected. Data analysis was performed with the help of SPSS Statistic 23 software to determine the validity and reliability of the instruments; subsequently, the IBM AMOS software was used for the analysis of covariances, and ADANCO 2.1.1, for the multivariate analysis, whose purpose was to evaluate the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). With this, the hypotheses related to organizational justice were verified, so it could be affirmed that this explains some dimensions of the boreout syndrome and the contractual insecurity. To sum up, and due to the relationship between these, the application of measures based on psychosocial intervention protocols for the public sector in terms of safety and health at work in Colombia was presented among the recommendations.Publicación Acceso abierto Justicia organizacional, mobbing e inseguridad laboral en el sector público de la ciudad de Montería, Córdoba(17-07-24) Suarez Benedetti, Angela Patricia; Plaza Gómez, María Trinidad; Hernández Riaño, Helman EnriqueThis research showed the relationship between the perception of organizational justice in its three dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, on mobbing and job insecurity conditions in the public sector of the city of Montería. ; For this, a quantitative, nonexperimental, transectional research design was used.
