Publicación Acceso abierto Apoyo al incremento de la seguridad alimentaria a familias afectadas por la pandemia COVID-19 en el municipio de Chimá, mediante fortalecimiento del conocimiento y capacitación(2023-08-09) Velasquez Luna, Juan Camilo; Barrera Violeth, José LuisThis degree work in the internship modality as a degree option was carried out from August to February 2023 at the University of Córdoba in the execution of the food safety project identified with code BPIN2020000100757, in order to contribute to the Food security in urban and peri-urban communities affected by COVID 19 through the transfer of technologies and knowledge. To this end, activity No. 2, various agroecosystems, was implemented, where 150 families belonging to the municipality of Chima were linked with the objective of providing them with advice and technical support in the establishment of productive units with main crops of vegetables. Within this activity, deliveries of inputs, knowledge transfers and training were carried out through ECA, technical monitoring of each producer so that they can produce their own food supply taking advantage of their patio or farm. The activity will prepare the producers to adopt the techniques and recommendations through ECAs, for the correct preparation of the seedbeds, site preparation, vegetable management, irrigation implementation and care of the productive units, evidencing that the producers are capable of appropriating and exploiting the resources they have to produce vegetables in our territorPublicación Embargo Capacidad de incorporación de bisfenol a y 17α etinilestradiol en hortalizas cultivadas bajo condiciones de invernadero(2021-10-12) Aleán Flórez, Joel David; Marrugo Negrete, José LuisEmerging pollutants (EC) refer to synthetic or natural chemical compounds that are not frequently monitored, but that have the potential to enter the environment and cause adverse ecological and human health effects. In this work, the absorption capacity of bisphenol A (BPA) and 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2) was studied, supplying by drip irrigation at two concentration levels of 23.53 and 157.93 µg / L for BPA and 8.09 and 30.77 µg / L for EE2 in three species of vegetables Cucumis sativus (cucumber), Allium schoenoprasum (chives) and Brassica oleracea (cabbage) grown on agricultural soils. The presence of BPA and EE2 in the irrigation water did not cause any phytotoxic effect in the studied vegetables (p> 0.05). The organ of the plant with the greatest accumulation was the root; A greater accumulation of BPA and EE2 was accumulated in the vegetables that were watered with the low treatment (N1).Publicación Acceso abierto Efecto de cepas del género Enterobacter sp. y Trichoderma koningiopsis en el rendimiento de Lactuca sativa Var L. crispa L.(2017-07-30) Otálora, Jeniffer N; Sánchez, Diana B; Galindo, Julio RLa lechuga (Lactuca sativa L. Var L. crispa L.) es de las hortalizas más cultivadas en el municipio de Mosquera, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
