In June 2008, the Patient Safety Policy was issued, which entails the four components of the Mandatory Health Quality Assurance System (SOGCS): Habilitation, PAMEC (Audit Program for the Improvement of Health Care), Accreditation, Information System for Quality (Ministry of Health and Social Protection, 2008). The main objective of this proposal is to carry out an educational program for healthcare personnel to promote a culture of patient safety in the E.S.E CAMU SANTA TERESITA according to the techniques for its application. This is a crosssectional investigation carried out in an organizational area where it is sought to investigate the subject of education for the promotion of a culture of patient safety and to analyze the patient safety program in the area of quality focused on standards 5,6 and 7 of resolution 5095 of 2018, determine if they are met and which ones should be worked on, to carry out activities in order to improve.Publicación Acceso abierto Fortalecimiento de las competencias de lectura y escritura en estudiantes de grado 9º a través de la implementación de un sistema ubicuo y colaborativo de aprendizaje(Universidad de Córdoba, 2021-01-25) Velásquez Ramos, Erika Petrona; Carrascal Torres, NohemíThe present research aimed to evaluate the incidence of the implementation of a ubiquitous and collaborative learning system, in the strengthening of reading and writing skills in ninth grade students of the Antonia Santos Educational Institution. A methodological design of evaluative research was applied - evaluation of educational programs, where the effects of a language program designed with Dee Fink's Taxonomy of Meaningful Learning are evaluated, focused on goals and skills that the student must develop at the end of the process training on their strengthening in the communicative competence of reading and writing. The research included a diagnostic phase, a program design phase, a program implementation phase, and an evaluation phase of program implementation. The results reflected that there was improvement in the communication skills of reading and writing, compared to the diagnostic test applied at the beginning of the school year.
