Faced with this new situation that the human being is facing, new protection measures must be taken in this area, which calls attention to investigate, due to the fact that it is a totally new issue for society, where intervention is even seen of the government in all this commercial process that companies carry out. In this way, the various policies, measures, risk management, planning and emergency preparation that both a large and a small company should have taken for these extracurricular reasons will be analyzed, as the virus has brought, in which the environment of workers in the labor market during the coronavirus in Colombia, evaluating and comparing this aspect in industries of the marketing sector with a multi-format strategy in managing hypermarkets, supermarkets with a supply structure or productive chain, thus highlighting the importance that this entails this whole procedure.Publicación Acceso abierto Influencia del liderazgo y la duración de la jornada laboral sobre la productividad(2021-07-03) Luna Argumedo, Luis Fernando; Gómez Cabrales, Yina AndreaIn previous times the world could have had the conception that people were more productive by being the greater amount of time at the work place. In some countries there has been a change in mentality and it has been shown that the opposite is true, but in others, such as Colombia, people continue to be unproductive despite having one of the longest working weeks in the world. The question arises as to how much influence the length of the working day and leadership has on productivity. Based on an arduous bibliographic review, it was sought a qualitative relationship between these factors, taking into account research carried out around the world, strategies of multinational companies among others. Studies have shown that productivity and extended working hours are inversely proportional, demonstrating that more hours in the office do not mean more output. On the other hand, new strategies at the time of leading influence in the increases of productivity, like Google that presented an increase of 42% in the last years. In general, it could be seen that the extension of the working day and leadership have an influence on the productivity of people, but other parameters such as education, training, salary, etc. must also be taken into account.
