dc.description.abstractEn este documento se describe un plan de estratégico a corto plazo, cuyo objetivo es definir el enfoque, las cualidades y las prácticas que deseamos alcanzar como futuros líderes docentes. El plan se centra en nuestra nuestra comprensión actual de los conceptos de liderazgo, nuestros supuestos personales y el papel del coaching en el entorno educativo. Esta declaración no sólo representa culminación del aprendizaje académico, sino que también proporciona una estrategia como punto de partida para futuros líderes.
dc.description.abstractLeadership in education is reflected as a dynamic concept; necessary when promoting major changes and improving learning environments. Among the different leadership styles, strategic leadership provides a forward-looking perspective, focusing on vision, planning and long-term impact. This paper describes a short-term strategic leadership development plan, the purpose of which is to define the focus, qualities, and practices we wish to achieve as future teacher leaders. The plan focuses on our current understanding of leadership concepts, personal assumptions, experiences with collaborative work, and the role of coaching in educational settings. This statement not only represents a culmination of academic learning, but also provides a strategy as a starting point for future leaders.eng
