dc.description.abstract | Over the years, leadership has been increasing in education through institutions. This is due to the need to seek qualities in teachers that help specify the development of any student since in the entire educational field they must leadership teachers capable of promoting empowerment and teamwork are needed. Therefore, in the document, there will be found a variety of concepts related to our understanding of leadership and also our assumptions about teacher leadership, empowerment, and how this can be of vital importance for our educational environment. Thus, the plan is to be able to identify the different characteristics that must be taken into account to be an excellent teacher leader.
