Actualización del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento correspondiente al área carrocería de la empresa Metrosinú del departamento de Córdoba

dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del proyecto fue diseñar un plan de gestión de mantenimiento conforme a los daños frecuentes y horarios distribuidos de manera equitativa; garantizando la cantidad justa y necesaria de repuestos utilizados, y personal idóneo en cada actividad, de manera oportuna en las reparaciones diarias requeridas. Con esta actualización en el sistema de gestión del mantenimiento en dicha área, se lograron actividades de mejora en los procesos de reparación, y de esta manera las intervenciones de los vehículos ingresados al taller se ejecutaban en menor tiempo. En el área de carrocería de la empresa METROSINÚ, se realizan varias actividades de mantenimiento, las cuales se pueden observar en la imagen 6; nueva imagen, correctivos urgentes, y programados, atención a vehículos particulares, campañas y mejoras de infraestructura. Todas las actividades expresadas dentro de la empresa son de gran importancia, por lo tanto había que dar soluciones de manera equitativa. Con relación a lo anterior, se tenía que 15 garantizar que los trabajos se cumplieran a cabalidad, planteando un plan de mantenimiento sin afectar los intereses de la empresa, y lograr obtener resultados positivos en la práctica. Por lo que se vinculó un aprendiz universitario de ingeniería mecánica, encargado de la supervisión de todas y cada una de las tareas que se realizan en el área de carrocería.spa
