Leadership has become essential when achieving any goal, especially in the educational field, in which educators have been more aware of the relevance of the most influential component of a group. Teacher leaders find significant teaching experience as a vital element of the learning process and consider it necessary to attain excellence. This paper focuses on a teacher leadership perspective, assumptions and implications for the future regarding leadership which will help us to determine the approach to future decisions, practices and experiences. The plan is to reflect on and achieve an understanding of the concept, characteristics, and approach of leadership while implementing it and its perspective of teacher leadership as a philosophy which guides us to a better and new understanding. The plan is to encourage teacher leaders to consider different perspectives, therefore strategies and methodologies for empowering ourselves and the ones in our surroundings.spa
