dc.description.abstractThe execution of the business practice in the Municipal Health Department of San Bernardo del Viento, for the first period of the year 2023, will be applied through the design of the procedures of the insurance area of the health department of San Bernardo del Viento. When starting with the provision of support to the insurance area, each activity was observed and gradually each task to be carried out has been known, in addition, several factors were identified where it is possible to demonstrate, that mainly a guide has not been designed (step by step ) where the realization of this process is clearly and precisely expressed; Based on this, a diagnosis will be developed based on the accreditation standards for health secretaries resolution 3960. Based on the above, it was decided to choose to design the procedures for the creation of a document or didactic guide that legally exists and that is opportune for the correct and organized procedure of the Administration of the Database of the Affiliates of the subsidized regime of San Bernardo del Viento in the Ministry of Health.eng

dc.description.resumenLa ejecución de la práctica empresarial en la Secretaría de Salud Municipal de San Bernardo del viento, para el primer periodo del año 2023, será aplicada por medio del diseño de los procedimientos del área de aseguramiento de la secretaría de salud de San Bernardo del Viento. Al iniciar con la prestación de apoyo al área de aseguramiento, se observó cada actividad y gradualmente se ha ido conociendo cada labor a realizar, además, se identificaron varios factores donde se logra evidenciar, que principalmente no se ha diseñado una guía (paso a paso) donde se exprese de forma clara y precisa la realización de este proceso; con base a esto se desarrolló un diagnóstico basado en los estándares de acreditación para las secretarias de salud resolución 3960. Con base a lo anterior, se decidió optar por diseñar los procedimientos para la creación de un documento o guía didáctica que exista legalmente y que sea oportuno para la realización de forma correcta y organizada el procedimiento de Administración de la Base de Datos de los Afiliados del régimen subsidiado de San Bernardo del Viento en la Secretaría de Salud.spa
