dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de la transformación digital en las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPymes) del departamento de Córdoba, Colombia. Se identificaron los beneficios, desafíos, oportunidades y barreras surgidas con la introducción de la Industria 4.0 y su enfoque de automatización de procesos y estrategias competitivas. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto, se diseñó una encuesta destinada a recopilar datos e información sobre cómo las MiPymes en la región han implementado tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, así como estrategias de digitalización, lo que permitió identificar las barreras y los obstáculos que enfrentan aquellas empresas que recién se introducen en la era digital. La encuesta fue administrada de manera virtual y se recopilaron respuestas de 201 MiPymes, quienes proporcionaron sus percepciones sobre la implementación de nuevas tecnologías en sus modelos de negocio y las ventajas estratégicas que conlleva su aplicación. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que las MiPymes de Córdoba han mostrado un avance significativo en la adopción de tecnologías digitales y manejo de herramientas tecnológicas como apoyo sobre el crecimiento y mercadeo, sin embargo, aún existen barreras como la falta de conocimiento y limitaciones presupuestarias que dificultan su plena transformación digital. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The present research aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the department of Córdoba, Colombia. It identifies the benefits, challenges, opportunities, and barriers that have emerged with the introduction of Industry 4.0 and its focus on process automation and competitive strategies. To carry out this project, a survey was designed to collect data and information on how SMEs in the region have implemented information and communication technologies, as well as digitalization strategies. This allowed us to identify the barriers and obstacles faced by those companies that are just entering the digital era. The survey was administered virtually, and responses were collected from 201 SMEs, who provided their perceptions on the implementation of modern technologies in their business models and the strategic advantages of such application.
