dc.description.abstractIn the E.S.E. Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro Cordoba, for the second half of the year 2019, the diagnosis of the health conditions and sociodemographic profile of the plant workers was carried out. The above with the purpose that this health institution has this very important instrument when executing occupational health activities. Identifying the sociodemographic profile and health conditions of workers in companies allows establishing strategies to maintain and improve their health, as this is an essential prerequisite for family income, productivity and economic development. Therefore, the restoration and maintenance of work capacity is an important function of health services and also the duty of organizations to have positive effects on the health of employees. Therefore, it is necessary in the E.S.E. San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro Hospital, favoring self-care, stimulating the adoption of healthy habits and lifestyles and generating a change in the face of health care and maintenance; achieving great institutional and personal benefits, since people's behaviors and attitudes depend largely on their state of health, both physical and mental, hence the importance of identifying and analyzing the sociodemographic profile and health conditions of the plant workers of the ESE Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro for the year 2019eng

dc.description.resumenEn la E.S.E. Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro córdoba, para el segundo semestre del año 2019 se llevó a cabo la elaboración del diagnóstico de las condiciones de salud y perfil sociodemográfico de los trabajadores de planta. Lo anterior con la finalidad que esta institución de salud cuente con este instrumento tan importante a la hora de ejecutar actividades de salud ocupacional. Identificar el perfil sociodemográfico y condiciones de salud de los trabajadores en las empresas permite establecer estrategias para mantener y mejorar la salud de los mismos, pues esta es un requisito previo esencial para los ingresos familiares, la productividad y el desarrollo económico. Por consiguiente, el restablecimiento y el mantenimiento de la capacidad de trabajo es una función importante de los servicios de salud e igualmente deber de las organizaciones propender efectos positivos para la salud de los empleados. Por lo anterior, es necesario en la E.S.E. Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro, favorecer el autocuidado, estimular la adopción de hábitos y estilos de vida saludables y generar un cambio frente al cuidado y el mantenimiento de la salud; logrando grandes beneficios tanto institucionales como a nivel personal, pues los comportamientos y actitudes de las personas depende en gran medida de su estado de salud, tanto física como mental, de allí, la importancia de identificar y analizar el perfil sociodemográfico y condiciones de salud de los trabajadores de planta de la E.S.E Hospital San Francisco de Ciénaga de Oro para el año 2019.spa
