The present work is oriented to analyze the changes in the water mirrors of the Momposina Depression area for the years 1997, 2010 and 2021, this framed within the Territorial Environmental Planning. Therefore, the research problem focused on knowing the hectares that have been transformed into the bodies of water that make up the Momposina Depression. As well as identifying its possible causes by analyzing satellite images. Likewise, it allows to contribute to the enrichment of knowledge and the input of environmental information for adequate planning in this complex of wetlands
