dc.description.abstractEl envejecimiento natural es un fenómeno constante e inherente al ser humano que afecta todos los sistemas del individuo, incluyendo su funcionamiento cognitivo (Nilsson, 2003). Cada día que pasa, los adultos afrontan un proceso de envejecimiento continuo, un fenómeno complejo en el que con frecuencia coexisten ganancias y pérdidas. Así, se encuentra que el envejecimiento cognitivo saludable ha sido un área de interés para muchos investigadores, con un rápido desarrollo y una mirada especial hacia aquellos elementos que caracterizan el funcionamiento cognitivo del ser humano durante su ciclo vital.spa
