dc.description.abstractThe ESE HOSPITAL SAN JOSE is a first level of complexity Health Provider Institution that, according to the provisions of the National Social Security System, has as its characteristics the focus on the provision of health services and the promotion and prevention in Health. The objective of this research was to update the strategic platform taking into account the conceptualization of mission and vision in a health institution. Once the information is collected, we will focus on creating a DOFA matrix, which will serve as the basis for focusing on the mission and vision of the strategic plan. As a final phase, the creation of a strategy will be carried out that allows potentiating the activities that are executed in Hospital. Taking into account the above, the ESE HOSPITAL SAN JOSE, belonging to the municipality of San Bernardo del Viento - Córdoba, part of the strengthening of its strategic platform, which must be updated and make its information visible to the community, designing strategies that allow adequate development of their commitment.eng

dc.description.resumenLa ESE HOSPITAL SAN JOSE, es una Institución prestadora de salud de primer nivel de complejidad que, de acuerdo con lo estipulado por el Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Social, tiene como características el enfoque a la prestación de servicios de salud y a la promoción y prevención en salud. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la actualización de la plataforma estratégica teniendo en cuenta la conceptualización de misión y visión en una institución en salud. Una vez recopilada la información, nos enfocaremos en crear una matriz DOFA, la cual servirá como base para enfocar la misión y visión del plan estratégico, como fase final se llevará a cabo la creación de una estrategia que permita potencializar las actividades que se ejecutan en el Hospital. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, la ESE HOSPITAL SAN JOSE, perteneciente al municipio de San Bernardo del Viento – Córdoba, parte del fortalecimiento de su plataforma estratégica, el cual, se debe actualizar y hacer visible su información hacia la comunidad, diseñando estrategias que les permitan desarrollo adecuado de su compromiso.spa
