dc.description.abstractThe Casalud de Monteria Foundation is a company that transforms lives, through education, prevention, protection and specialized treatment programs that allow the social inclusion of people in the different areas of human development. The following work shows a project that consists of the management of a database in Excel using macros of the same as an application to efficiently signalize the dates of preparation and presentation of the documents of each area of the Casalud Foundation such as psychology, social work, pedagogy, health and nutrition.spa

dc.description.resumenFundación Casalud de Montería es una empresa que transforma vidas a través de programas de educación, prevención, protección y tratamiento especializado, que permitan la inclusión social de las personas en las diferentes áreas del desarrollo humano. El siguiente trabajo muestra un proyecto que consiste en el manejo de una base de datos en Excel, mediante macros de la misma, como una aplicación para semaforizar de manera eficiente las fechas de elaboración y presentación de los documentos de cada área de la Fundación Casalud, como lo son psicología, trabajo social, pedagogía, salud y nutrición, la cual permitirá manejar mejor los tiempos establecidos de la documentación requerida para los archivos de historias, del área de historias clínicas de la empresa.spa
