dc.description.abstractEl trabajo caracteriza termomagnéticamente un sistema ferrimagnético y otro ferromagnético de espines S = 5/2 y Q=7/2, en una con guración de red cuadrada, mediante un modelo de Ising mixto y a través del método computacional Monte Carlo. Se tienen en cuenta interacciones a primeros y segundos vecinos en la red, campos cristalino y magnético externo. Se encuentran fenómenos físicos interesantes tales como transiciones de fase discontinuas, temperaturas críticas y temperaturas de compensación, mediante el cálculo de diagramas de fase a temperatura fi nita de la magnetización, energía, calor específi co y susceptibilidad magnética.spa
