It is necessary to take into account that, if an entity, organization or company aims to function more efficiently and achieve optimal development, it is essential that its internal intellectual resource, be it human capital, human resource or human talent, maintains a conducive environment where the values and principles of the entity govern. Within the health systems, everything related to the employee is treated very thoroughly, taking into account the different dimensions and specializations, their way of acting or behaving in any situation, the entity's reason for being, its purpose, its culture, its values and its principles. With the launch of this research work, it is sought to determine how culture, behavior, values, education, leadership and external factors can influence or affect the organizational climate; identifying that the discrepancy when making decisions, can generate certain conflicts that can affect the good work environment, since it generates tension, disagreement and discomfort when carrying out the tasks on the part of some collaborators; The causes will be prioritized, which not only affect the institution's staff, but each and every one of the people who may receive the service provided. When detecting this problem, through a questionnaire carried out by Google drive to the members of the institution, it will seek to determine a solution to such an incident, in which the experiences that the collaborators have are not affected, and what better way to determine it that by means of the identification of the origins that promote a bad work climate in the ESE Camú Santa Teresita, in order to propose solution strategies that are aimed at improving the organizational efficiency represented in the satisfaction to the end user; in turn, the entity is expected to 11 implement the strategies proposed at the end of the investigation, which are focused on improving the employment situation.Publicación Acceso abierto Huerta Con Plantas Medicinales Como Estrategia Didáctica Para El Desarrollo De Competencias En El Área De Ciencias Naturales Y Educación Ambiental En El Grado Sexto De La Institución Educativa Normal Superior Lácides Iriarte.(2018-07-24) Álvarez Carmona, Johana; Sánchez Correa, Luz ErnedisEsta investigación parte de la necesidad de plantear estrategias didácticas que ayuden a incentivar la motivación de los niños y jóvenes en el área de ciencias naturales, para lo cual se seleccionó la elaboración de una huerta escolar que le permita a los estudiantes interactuar con los conocimientos previos de ciencias naturales, los temas vistos en el transcurso del año, y la practica asertiva de procesos educativos. El objetivo general de esta investigación es implementar el proyecto de una huerta escolar como estrategia didáctica de enseñanza y aprendizaje mediante el contacto directo con la naturaleza, a fin de incentivar en los estudiantes de sexto grado de la Institución Educativa Normal Superior Lácides Iriarte, la motivación hacia los procesos educativos de las ciencias naturales. La metodología se basa en un estudio cualitativo con enfoque descriptivo, y usa como técnica la encuesta. Entre los principales resultados se encontró que los estudiantes conocían algunos tipos de plantas medicinales y fue de agrado para ellos indagar acerca de otros tipos de plantas, el trabajo en equipo no tuvo limitaciones; así mismo el apoyo docente fue fundamental en este proceso. Se logró concluir que los estudiantes aumentan sus niveles de motivación, cuando las estrategias usadas llaman su atención y les permiten interactuar de manera positiva, generando un nuevo conocimiento, como es el caso de la huerta escolar.Publicación Acceso abierto La huerta, un espacio para el intercambio y aprendizaje de saberes comunitarios y escolares sobre el uso de plantas cotidianas en la comunidad de la Institución Educativa Policarpa Salavarrieta(2023-02-14) Barrios Maldonado, Luisa Fernanda; Soto Álvarez, Jisell Alejandra; Cadavid Velásquez, Edith De JesúsThe research project was based on the need to value the garden as a space for learning about the use of everyday plants in the community of the Policarpa Salavarrieta Educational Institution from the exchange of community and school knowledge with 10th grade students, in addition led to the promotion of interest in the use of plants and care for the environment. We worked under a qualitative methodology, in which the dialogic nature of hermeneutics was used to obtain each result throughout the process. The population with which we worked in this project was the 10th grade students of said institution who were part of the school technical average, in addition to the participation of 5 parents and 5 teachers. The instruments used to obtain the data for the development of the project were the interview, the photographic record and the checklist. The results were satisfactory, the students had knowledge about the types of plants to plant in the garden, such as medicinal, fruit, vegetable and ornamental plants, in consolidation of teamwork, likewise the collaboration of the teacher was of vital importance in the course of this process. To address this, it is crucial not only to acknowledge the necessity but also to take active steps, such as implementing courses that support the management skills of both managers and teachers. This article presents a development plan aimed at fostering leadership capabilities in students, both individually and in teams, over the short and medium term. The plan is backed by research, including studies by Daft (2008), which highlight the importance of group dynamics. Consequently, the plan prepares teachers and students for transformational leadership roles, integrating these skills throughout their educational journey. In addition, schools recognize the importance of instilling a communicative environment, so priority is sought to be given to speaking and communication skills in a foreign language such as English. This document addresses the importance of team leadership and in the educational field and how its integration into the teaching/learning process can be a significant point of improvement. It also describes how empowerment is key to developing and achieving goals so that teacher leaders and students can meet their higher needs. In this way, a plan is proposed that allows the team leadership process to be carried out and provides students with what they need to improve. This plan aims to foster students' curiosity, critical thinking and teamwork, as well as promote inclusion and diversity in a context where communication is prioritized.
