This exposition outlines a concise but powerful plan for the development of transformational leadership, based on the esteemed Academic Model of the University of Córdoba. Integrated into the Transformational Leadership and Innovation course curriculum, this plan prepares aspiring leaders to imbue their academic leadership frameworks with the principles of transformational leadership. Serving as a guiding framework for greater leadership effectiveness, this outlined plan clarifies effective implementation.
