Publicación Acceso abierto Apoyo al incremento de la seguridad alimentaria a familias afectadas por la pandemia COVID-19 en el municipio de Chimá, mediante fortalecimiento del conocimiento y capacitación(2023-08-09) Velasquez Luna, Juan Camilo; Barrera Violeth, José LuisThis degree work in the internship modality as a degree option was carried out from August to February 2023 at the University of Córdoba in the execution of the food safety project identified with code BPIN2020000100757, in order to contribute to the Food security in urban and peri-urban communities affected by COVID 19 through the transfer of technologies and knowledge. To this end, activity No. 2, various agroecosystems, was implemented, where 150 families belonging to the municipality of Chima were linked with the objective of providing them with advice and technical support in the establishment of productive units with main crops of vegetables. Within this activity, deliveries of inputs, knowledge transfers and training were carried out through ECA, technical monitoring of each producer so that they can produce their own food supply taking advantage of their patio or farm. The activity will prepare the producers to adopt the techniques and recommendations through ECAs, for the correct preparation of the seedbeds, site preparation, vegetable management, irrigation implementation and care of the productive units, evidencing that the producers are capable of appropriating and exploiting the resources they have to produce vegetables in our territorPublicación Embargo Transferencia tecnológica de la técnica identificación por cromatografía en capa fina (TLC) para evaluar la estabilidad del ácido valerénico en el producto valeriana solución(Universidad de Córdoba, 2024-01-29) González Palencia, Ketrin Lucía; Díaz Pongutá, Basilio; Escobar Salazar, María Eugenia; Barrera Vargas, Mario; Vidal Durango, John Víctor; Opelab&Quality S.A.SEl propósito de este estudio fue transferir tecnológicamente la técnica analítica “identificación por cromatografía en capa fina (TLC) para evaluar la estabilidad del ácido valerénico en el producto valeriana solución”.
