This personal statement is intended to determine future concepts, elementals and practices of empowered teachers and leaders of tomorrow. Consequently, in this document, we will clarify key concepts about leadership, our assumptions, our contributions to future schools and our conclusions based on our research. Thus, the plan is to guide teachers to cultivate and empower their skills as leaders who are still hidden in them. This personal statement is aimed to describe processes of teacher development, such as empowerment of future teacher leaders, strategies, learning collaborative work, and developing skills of authentic leaders. As a result, in this paper, we will explain the main concepts of definition and explanation of leadership, assumptions, contributions to future schools, and our conclusions. Basados en la compleja naturaleza del liderazgo, nuestro objetivo es motivar a nuestros colegas y estudiantes al ilustrar que el aprendizaje es un viaje de toda la vida. Nuestros principios de liderazgo están moldeados por una variedad de perspectivas teóricas, enfatizando los aspectos transformadores e interpersonales de guiar e impactar a otros. Al cuestionar nuestras suposiciones y abrazar diversos puntos de vista, buscamos establecer entornos educativos inclusivos y dinámicos. Fostering leadership in schools is a very important and productive process for all members of the educational community, especially for teachers and students, because a teacher-leader will know how to guide the educational processes in order to implement leadership by showing their learners the importance of this in all walks of life. Thus, in this article, we will provide several concepts of leadership, including our assumptions, collaborative work, leadership empowerment, and implications for the future of our teaching work to encourage our students to be leaders. In addition, schools recognize the importance of instilling a communicative environment, so priority is sought to be given to speaking and communication skills in a foreign language such as English. This document addresses the importance of team leadership and in the educational field and how its integration into the teaching/learning process can be a significant point of improvement. It also describes how empowerment is key to developing and achieving goals so that teacher leaders and students can meet their higher needs. In this way, a plan is proposed that allows the team leadership process to be carried out and provides students with what they need to improve. This plan aims to foster students' curiosity, critical thinking and teamwork, as well as promote inclusion and diversity in a context where communication is prioritized. The document discusses the significance of cultivating relationships based on trust, individualized support, and empowerment, enabling both teachers and students to achieve shared goals. Our exploration highlights the importance of promoting inclusivity, fostering autonomy, and engaging in self-reflection as future teacher leaders, with an emphasis on the positive, lasting change that this approach can bring to educational communities.
