This paper focused on student leadership, to achieve high accomplishments, it is essential to conduct leadership in the academic field, specifically as student leaders. In this personal leadership statement, diverse concepts, and perceptions of what being a good leader means, assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future were reflected upon. Developing and having all these abilities, shows our profile as leaders, the importance of it in society, our perspective of leadership and all our beliefs and their implications for the future are necessary to help our community grow. The empowerment of leadership and the implications for the future are demonstrated by the union and accompaniment of the community to develop and strengthen their knowledge and broaden the vision for social change in society and the educational environment.
