This internship report presents the theoretical and methodological development of the spatial and temporal variation of the water mirror corresponding to the Ayapel - Córdoba swamp during the period 2000-2018. As well as addressing the identification of the Ciénaga de Ayapel water mirror in the 2000-2018 time series and finally through an analysis establishes the factors that are associated with changes in the water resource. Through the tools provided by the ArcMap software and the legend Corine Land Cover, resulting in thematic cartography that reflects the identification of the body of water by spectral indices, land cover in the period 2000-2018, also allowing contribute to the enrichment of knowledge and the input of environmental information to the government of the department of Córdoba.
