En Colombia con la ley 1010 de 2006 se define, previene, corrige y sanciona las diversas formas de agresión, maltrato, vejámenes, trato desconsiderado y ofensivo y en general todo ultraje a la dignidad humana que se ejercen sobre quienes realizan sus actividades económicas en el contexto de una relación laboral privada o pública. Reaching the foreign market has meant for banana producers, that they must comply with the mandatory export regulations and other regulations (certifications) to add value to the product. In this context, the objective of this study was to evaluate fruit protection and post-harvest (in barcadilla) work in the banana crop (Musa AAA Simmonds) of the El Antojo farm belonging to the company Plantaciones Churidó S.A.S. (Apartadó, Antioquia) in order to guarantee the quality of the fruit demanded by the foreign market. In the evaluation of the fruit protection tasks in a period of 14 weeks, their good execution was confirmed, showing 93% efficiency in week 8 (2021). In the evaluation of the barcadilla work, a good execution of this was also reflected by the personnel in charge of carrying out the calibrations and measurements of the fruit. The objective of the business practice was to evaluate and monitor the agronomic tasks carried out in the cultivation of bananas (Musa AAA). The follow up was carried out in the company Agropecuaria Grupo 20 S.A in the municipality of Apartadó - Antioquia. A series of activities were carried out that consisted of the supervision of the different agronomic tasks. In the results obtained from the protection of the fruit, shortcomings were found in terms of defoliation, bunch deviation, spur deviation, deflowering, among others. In the case of the cochineal evaluation, it was found that, of the 25 lots on the farm, two presented medium indices of the plague, while in the rest of the lots they presented low levels; In addition, it was obtained from the waste analysis that the most frequent problems are bag scars, scars due to mishandling, old gurbia cuts, short fingers, deformed fingers, lateral fingers, maturity spot, pacha, pegueta, comb. The objective was to establish the elements of safety and protection in the imaging unit for patients and workers of the Central clinic. The methodology that was applied to said project was divided into four phases; the first was a diagnostic analysis, in phase 2 the information obtained in a 5W1H technique was systematized, in phase 3 the analysis of the documents that make up the radiological risk management manual was carried out in accordance with current regulations and they were socialized risks with internal and external stakeholders. In phase 4, an evaluation of the documents was made and a structure of the recommendations made was generated. From the results it was observed that the current regulations were not complied with and there was no relationship between what was planned and what was executed. Due to this, the risk manual was updated in its entirety and was entitled radiology protection manual. Divided into two parts: radiological surveillance and radiological protection. In conclusion, the risk manuals of the aforementioned clinic should be kept updated to improve the quality of the service offered.
