This work was charactered by the applicability of the following methodological strategies: The compilation monograph as a type of study, a universe of study composed of 65 references taking as reference descriptors of the health sciences such as health audit and auditor ethics, combining them with the help of Boolean operators ¨AND¨ ¨OR¨ and ¨NOT¨ in the Spanish language and, from whose universe a representative sample of 30 references from different internet source was taken. Among the main results: The following were identified as ethical principles of all health auditors: Impartiality, objectivity, honesty, transparency, confidentiality and responsibility, among others, as very important ethical principles, reaching the conclusion that ethical principles of all auditors are key to contributing to the improvement of health services, since an ethical performance of the auditor is important to be able to objectively and precisely establish the shortcomings of a health entity and based on it, recommend solutions and decisions that contribute to improving processes in the field of health.Publicación Acceso abierto Influencia del liderazgo en la mejora de los procesos de calidad dentro de las organizaciones: análisis para el sector servicio en empresas estatales(Universidad de Córdoba, 2021-03-26) Ossa Acosta, Ximena de la; Ortega Araujo, Wendy; Stanford Salcedo, Jesús; Alarcón Barrios, GaliaA través de la presente revisión bibliográfica se estudió durante los últimos diez años la influencia que tiene el liderazgo en la mejora continua de los procesos en empresas de servicios, que hacen parte del sector estatal. En el cual, la incidencia del liderazgo está asociada a factores jerárquicos algo alejados del rol significativo que un líder juega dentro de los sistemas de gestión de la calidad, a través de un análisis cualitativo de los beneficios que trae consigo la adoptación del liderazgo en el desarrollo de los procesos de gestión de las organizaciones. Estableciéndose que la motivación es un factor determinante para que el talento humano de una empresa esté alineado con la consecución de los objetivos y políticas organizacionales y que la comunicación asertiva y el trabajo en equipo son valores determinantes dentro de los principios que debe arraigar todo líder a su metodología de trabajo. Which will be constituted as a preventive tool of behaviors contrary to the legal system. Taking into account the guidelines of the new integrated planning and management model - MIPG, it develops a process of harmonization of the code of ethics and good governance of the institution, taking into account the suitability and the code of values of public servants proposed by axes that constitute in have achievements to program collective states. However, all the employees of the entity under any type of relationship, without prejudice to the norms enshrined in the legal field, will consciously and responsibly assume and comply with the principles, values and ethical guidelines established in this code. We will guide our ESE CAMU SANTA TERESITA towards the formation of values of responsibility and dedication to service, in such a way that the general interest in public management is promoted, generating the prevention of corrupt conduct and the identification of areas susceptible to corruption. The compendium of this Code intends in a very formal way to periodically advance in the ethical training and values of each of the Employees of the ESE CAMU SANTA TERESITA, with each of our Internal and external clients and all those parties interested in Institutional improvement. This Code is what defines the actions of all employees of the ESE CAMU SANTA TERESITA, it also allows us to self-regulate actions and verify compliance with the provisions of this Code of Ethics and Good Governance. Its purpose is to achieve specific expected results, such as increasing awareness of ethical issues, improving decision-making, and reducing misconduct.
