    We see ourselves as individuals who focus on creating realistic changes in others that are helpful for everyone. A leader will guide others towards a common objective, hear their opinions and motivate them to achieve their full potential, academically and personally. A teacher-leader fosters a positive learning environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and creativity, someone who inspires confidence and provides confidence to their followers. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all students, recognizing and addressing individual strengths and challenges. We also serve as mentors, providing guidance, support, and building their teaching skills with colleagues. They continuously seek out professional development opportunities to improve their own knowledge and abilities.

    La codificación moral en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Lorenzo María Lleras de Montería

    La codificación moral en estudiantes hace referencia a la construcción de aquellas normas, valores o principios que guían o determinan los comportamientos que permiten tomar decisiones con responsabilidad. La metodología que se utilizó fue de enfoque cualitativo, empleando la técnica de entrevista a traces del instrumento de la guía de entrevista. Este proyecto de investigación se enfocó en analizar la codificación moral en estudiantes de la institución educativa Lorenzo María Lleras (INEM) de la ciudad de Montería. La investigación buscó comprender el autoconocimiento moral, conocer las habilidades sociales, identificar la autorregulación, evaluar el bienestar moral y examinar los hábitos con el fin de comprender como es la codificación moral en estudiantes, teniendo en cuenta las acciones, conductas y comportamientos.

    The concept of leadership can vary depending on the point of view from which it is viewed and the type of leadership being discussed. In this paper we will explore the concept of moral leadership and its implications for future teacher leaders. The objective is to examine how moral leadership, which involves making decisions based on ethical principles and prioritizing the common good, can be applied in educational settings. A particular focus is placed on moral leadership in foreign language classrooms, where diverse perspectives and backgrounds are common. This paper elaborates on the importance of leadership empowerment in creating a positive learning environment. It suggests strategies such as providing regular training, coaching, and opportunities for teachers to take on leadership roles. and conclude that effective moral leadership in schools requires setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling ongoing professional development of teachers.
