Este estudio se desarrolló en un hospital público afiliado a una institución de educación superior brasileña (también conocido como hospital universitario) que atiende a pacientes de diferentes ciudades de su región. El hospital es uno de los pocos (y a veces el único) hospital de la región que ofrece atención gratuita (Vidal, 2020). Este cambio depende de las capacidades, destrezas y actitudes de las personas para transformar las organizaciones en instituciones modernas, ágiles y flexibles, capaces de innovar y ser asequibles. Conforme a lo anterior, se plantea la pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las competencias gerenciales que deben tener los administradores en salud en Colombia? En el presente estudio se desarrolla una monografía de revisión bibliográfica sobre las competencias gerenciales de los administradores en salud. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura narrativa, obteniendo artículos, documentos técnicos y normas. En este estudio, dichas competencias permiten a los administradores en salud adquirir las capacidades para coordinar y dirigir eficazmente los recursos humanos y físicos de los que es responsable. To address this, it is crucial not only to acknowledge the necessity but also to take active steps, such as implementing courses that support the management skills of both managers and teachers. This article presents a development plan aimed at fostering leadership capabilities in students, both individually and in teams, over the short and medium term. The plan is backed by research, including studies by Daft (2008), which highlight the importance of group dynamics. Consequently, the plan prepares teachers and students for transformational leadership roles, integrating these skills throughout their educational journey. In this paper we will explore the concept of moral leadership and its implications for future teacher leaders. The objective is to examine how moral leadership, which involves making decisions based on ethical principles and prioritizing the common good, can be applied in educational settings. A particular focus is placed on moral leadership in foreign language classrooms, where diverse perspectives and backgrounds are common. This paper elaborates on the importance of leadership empowerment in creating a positive learning environment. It suggests strategies such as providing regular training, coaching, and opportunities for teachers to take on leadership roles. and conclude that effective moral leadership in schools requires setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling ongoing professional development of teachers.
