    In the present work we focus on the need for the CDIs of the municipality of Planeta Rica to have in their water catchment tanks, with a state of the same that meets an optimal level of transparency for its use, for this purpose designed a device that allows observing the state of transparency of the water that is being captured in the elevated tank, in this way measuring turbidity levels, allowing or not filling the tank, in addition to conserving and avoiding wasting this natural resource, a system that allowsto control the level of stored water, all this controlled by means of a mobile application which is in charge of automatically controlling the system through a Bluetooth connection.
