This work was charactered by the applicability of the following methodological strategies: The compilation monograph as a type of study, a universe of study composed of 65 references taking as reference descriptors of the health sciences such as health audit and auditor ethics, combining them with the help of Boolean operators ¨AND¨ ¨OR¨ and ¨NOT¨ in the Spanish language and, from whose universe a representative sample of 30 references from different internet source was taken. Among the main results: The following were identified as ethical principles of all health auditors: Impartiality, objectivity, honesty, transparency, confidentiality and responsibility, among others, as very important ethical principles, reaching the conclusion that ethical principles of all auditors are key to contributing to the improvement of health services, since an ethical performance of the auditor is important to be able to objectively and precisely establish the shortcomings of a health entity and based on it, recommend solutions and decisions that contribute to improving processes in the field of health.Publicación Acceso abierto Propuesta de intervención para contratación de servicios por brigadas de salud de las cinco especialidades básicas. [1] While this increases the scope for continuous improvement, it is indicative of a strong and mature health system in terms of development and responsiveness that has been evidenced in pandemic emergencies. Currently, the Provision of Health Services obeys Law 1122 of 2007 and its regulatory decrees, whose main objective is to guarantee access and quality of services, optimize the use of resources, promote user-centered care approaches and achieve the financial sustainability of Public Health Service Providers. [2] The present work aims to determine the requirements for the hiring of outpatient services by brigades of specialists in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics and Gynecology and Obstetrics, to facilitate access to health services for the population served in the State Social Enterprise (ESE) Hospital Nuestra Señora del Carmen de El Bagre Antioquia. Through the analysis carried out to the database of the institution, it is found that, for the specialty of Internal Medicine, on average per month, 233 consultations are requested, which makes it opportune to hire the specialty once a week or four a month. To the specialty of Gynecology, it is 182 applications, being viable the programming of three or four brigades per month. For the specialty of Orthopedics, the average is 93 requests, and for General Surgery, it is 55, making it possible to carry out one or two brigades for month of these two specialties. 13 An approach was made with the administration of the ESE Hospital Nuestra Señora del Carmen, in which the proposal was announced and it was agreed that, the ideal type of contract with each professional would be for the provision of services, the value to be agreed, taking into account the tariff manual of the Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance (SOAT) current, in which the outpatient consultation of specialized medicine is established under the code CUP 39143, with a unit value of $ 57,666 COP (11.88 USD), so it is agreed to pay $ 50,000 COP (10.30 USD) for consultation to each professional, generating a profitability of $ 7,666 COP (1.58 USD) by consultation for the institution.Publicación Acceso abierto Rol de la auditoría de la calidad en la verificación de habilitación de los servicios de salud de las IPS(2023-03-02) Navarro Arguello, María Paz; Gonzalez Espitia, María Carolina; Nova Peralta, Heydy; Berrocal Narváez, NeilaLa Auditoria de la calidad e Infraestructura en entidades de Salud IPS en Colombia hace parte de uno de los pilares e indicadores más importantes y de acuerdo a investigaciones realizadas se dice que esta ha tenido un avance significativo en los últimos años ya que se han buscado instrumentos para aumentar la calidad. Se dice que la calidad tiene sus inicios cuando en las batallas comerciales cuando se buscaba ofrecer mejores productos y servicios; a través de esto se analiza la auditoria de la calidad en salud la cual busca el cumplimiento de objetivos, normas y procedimientos normativos. Según un artículo publicado en el año 2019 por el Ministerio de Salud, dice que es necesario ser conscientes de que los sistemas de atención en salud son sistemas de alto riesgo y que por lo tanto en ellos deben analizarse permanentemente tanto de manera retrospectiva cuales han sido los errores que se han cometido y han culminado en un daño al paciente(1) es por esta razón que es bueno que las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud cuenten con un sistema único de habilitación el cual Es el conjunto de normas, requisitos y procedimientos mediante los cuales se establece, registra, verifica y controla el cumplimiento de las condiciones básicas de capacidad tecnológica y científica, de suficiencia patrimonial y financiera y de capacidad técnico administrativa, indispensables para la entrada y permanencia en el Sistema. Con esto se tendrá mayor seguridad en los servicios prestados.
