    Dimensión espiritual del cuidado de enfermería al enfermo de COVID-19 en fase aguda o terminal y a su familia

    Objective: To analyze the forms of care and strategies used by nursing professionals in the spiritual care and accompaniment of family members of patients with COVID-19. Design: it is a study type descriptive, with a qualitative approach. In which press reports published between February 23, 2020 and January 2021 were taken. From the published interviews, what was expressed by the subjects of the study was transcribed verbatim; the semantic expressions were grouped by similarity in order to establish the categories and sub-categories that constitute the substrate of the results. Results: After defining the categories using the contextualized analysis in contrast with the theoretical and conceptual information on which the study is based and seeking to respond to the objectives set, the following was obtained: - Feelings about the state of health of patients: expressions were obtained that reveal aspects related to the lack of knowledge and vulnerability regarding the health status of family members. - Form of nursing care in the spirituality dimension of family members and patients: through the analysis of the interviews, it was possible to confirm the relevance of caring for the spiritual dimension of the patients in their treatment and recovery process. - Perception of the patient and/or their family about the treatment received by the nursing professional: some of the perceptions found were the following: gratitude, hope, admiration for the treatment received, respect, pride, among others

    Narrativas desde la literatura infantil como estrategia pedagógica para el desarrollo de las habilidades de la inteligencia emocional en niños de preescolar

    En la actualidad se resalta la necesidad de empezar a desarrollar la inteligencia emocional a temprana edad, puesto que, le permitirá al ser humano ir construyéndose emocionalmente desde su niñez y por ende a tener consigo una vida adulta plena. Además, se ha evidenciado que pueden enseñarse a los estudiantes y que su presencia, en el salón de clase y en las escuelas, mejora el aprendizaje académico. Por tanto, la presente investigación planteó como objetivo general interpretar los aportes y las transformaciones promovidas por las estrategias implementadas desde las narrativas de la literatura infantil para el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en niños de preescolar de la IE Mogambo.

    Percepción del apoyo social de los deportistas con discapacidad física en la ciudad de Montería –Córdoba 2019 – 2020

    Physical disability has become a limitation not only physical but emotional that does not allow you to express and communicate to people who suffer from it their feelings. The present work aims to analyze the perceived social support of athletes with physical disabilities, based on self-perception versus communication and expression of feelings and empathy. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach, the instrument used to collect the information is the Duke-Unc Social Support Scale. The results obtained show that at a general level the social support perceived by the population is normal in 97% and only 3% is scarce, indicating that the participants have a positive perception about the support provided by their family and social environment. . It is concluded that to achieve positive communication of feeling, family, friends and the environment play a very important role, as well as expressing feelings with facts for the integral development of this population.
