That is, leadership will be addressed as a collaborative activity that inspires teachers to participate in the reflective transformation of their own career while influencing others around them to do so

    Leadership is fundamental in every field of study; it encourages people to make positive changes and help others collaborate to perform remarkable things. Different perspectives of leadership exist; when we are aware of the leadership that best suits our goals, we may successfully lead others, which improves everyone's performance and overall job accomplishment. Hence, this leadership statement will focus on teacher leadership; this perspective will help us contribute to education and achieve what we want to improve in educational settings as future teacher leaders, which is to increase teacher collaboration to enhance students’ learning process. As future teacher leaders, we prospectively plan to empower teachers by offering ongoing professional development and providing leadership opportunities; giving teachers the chance to lead professional development sessions, serve on committees, or take on other leadership roles, which can help them feel more invested in their work and provide a sense of ownership over their professional development.

    Educational institutions should incorporate authentic learning activities to promote successful leadership development. One approach is followed through, students will observe their leaders in action and understand their challenges and see leadership in context. This paper articulates transformational leadership and its implications for improving foreign language programs. It will argue that transformational leadership can motivate teachers, promote innovation, and improve the quality of foreign language education by focusing on growth, diversity, collaboration, and meeting higher-level needs of teachers. This paper will elaborate on providing autonomy, resources, and support to empower teachers and build leadership capacity. It will imply that transformational leadership requires a long-term commitment from schools, including giving teachers more autonomy, involving them in decision making, and valuing their input, which can help motivate teachers and lead to continuous improvement of foreign language programs.

    The educational field is a big place where schools and people in charge need to awaken and realize that leadership empowerment is essential nowadays in our educational system. To achieve it, principals, schools, and teachers need to be open-minded and collaborative with the resources provided to change the perceptions and accept the challenge to be an empowered teacher leader. This paper focuses on and describes teacher leadership empowerment in the educational process. This course prepared all of us to perceive our qualities as leaders and how to use them for the community we belong to, this leadership statement stated the importance and advantages of leadership empowerment in schools.

    Leadership can be defined as the ability to influence, motivate, and empower individuals or groups to contribute towards the achievement of organizational goals (Daft, 2008). It involves the process of influencing others to understand and agree on what needs to be done and how to do it, while facilitating individual and collective efforts towards shared objectives (Yukl, 2013). According to Daft (2008), “several critical dimensions of leadership include having a clear vision, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.” Leaders who possess these attributes are better equipped to effectively communicate their vision, establish trust and credibility with their followers, and respond to their needs in a supportive and empowering manner. The rest of this statement consists of our assumptions about teacher leadership empowerment and implications for the future and conclusions.

    A very difficult term to explain, leadership entails directing a group of people toward a shared objective in the most effective manner possible without sacrificing our morals and principles. Leaders are responsible for the acts they conduct. It is important to deal with the acceptance of leadership as a discipline, achieve consensus on course content, and integration on the part of the staff and influence the intrinsic motivation of students to achieve their progress. We must move toward transformational leadership, in order to form the foundation that strengthens us to take hold of distributive leadership. In this scenario, it is vital to consider the interrelated factors that have been identified, such as personal, social, structural, contextual, and developmental. Educational principles must serve as a basis for supporting inclusion, participation, and engagement, as well as sustainable leadership. In fact, that process involves mentoring; placing the student at the center of learning and the practice of leadership at the center of the educational stage. Considering the flexibility and mobility demanded in a new economy, represented by the knowledge society; and the need for a new approach to leadership development.

This paper presents an overview of the theories around the concept of "leadership" to take elements that facilitate the understanding and functioning of a good leader, taking into account the perspective of transformational leadership and based on their own actions and experiences as teachers in the development of strategies that facilitate the learning environment as transformational leaders.

    Over the years the concept of leadership has evolved and transformed according to the understandings of the epoch. Its complex nature being the subject of discussion among theorists and scholars; nevertheless, something in which we cannot disagree is the role that leaders and leadership have had in the creation and development of societies throughout the years, being an important subject in diverse areas of life, one of those areas being the educational field. Teacher leaders guide, inspire, and seek to improve the quality of education through collaborative work. Teacher Empowerment allows teachers to be able to create, innovate, and implement strategies, as well as look for different approaches to meet students' educational needs. It also gives teachers the opportunity to grow professionally. In this personal leadership statement, we seek to highlight the importance of this phenomenon in the educational field from the perspective of teacher leadership. In addition, this document contains an exploration of relevant literature regarding the concept of leadership and teacher leadership. Likewise, it illustrates our assumptions and leadership empowerment in light of teacher leadership, and the implications for the future. This study is the starting point for building our own path as future teacher leaders and a great addition to our professional development.

    Although leadership has always been present in history, it seems to have become more relevant in recent years in various aspects of daily life. In education, the importance of teacher leadership is higher now than ever due to the globalization and unprecedented technological changes that educators are facing. This document seeks to reflect our previous knowledge on leadership, as well as deepening the research and definitions of authors on the subject. Likewise, this document includes our first insights about empowerment and the use we give to our assumptions to lead educational processes and how they lead us to leadership empowerment. This study is important because of the pressing need to improve teaching and learning processes, and, in turn, because of the fundamental role of teachers as agents of change in society.

    Colombia is one of the countries in Latin America that invests the least in education and by doing that it makes the quality of classes lackluster in plenty of areas and eventually affects student’s psychology and motivation. One way to counter this issue is with proactive leaders that can motivate and help students into the good path. In this paper we describe the tools that we learned through our diploma course and how they help us to be the better version of ourselves, our assumptions of our context and our focus on the future plans for our teacher career. The plan is a culmination and application of our abilities as leaders like adaptability, patience, and creativity. All of it involves taking action with teacher leadership to help students achieve their goals and taking the best approach by creating a lesson plan fitted for their strengths and finding ways to improve their weaknesses.

    El siguiente informe expone lo que se realizó en el proceso de las pasantías, que se llevó a cabo en la Facultad de Educación y Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad de Córdoba en la Licenciatura en Inglés, grupo de Investigación Bimadino, Licenciatura de Ciencias Sociales y la Maestría de Ingeniería Mecánica. Según las funciones asignadas en la labor como pasante de la Licenciatura en Informática y Medios Audiovisuales, la cual consistió en manejar la plataforma Cintia para la organización y realización de guías de la asignatura inglés, así mismo, el apoyo brindado en el grupo de investigación Bimadino en el manejo de Cintia y Power Campus para el cargo de notas por otra parte, las herramientas del paquete office permitió la realización de diapositivas para presentar el tema de la pasantía, el programa de la Licenciatura en Ciencias Sociales pide apoyo para corregir documento de la maestría, documento maestro para otorgar el registro calificado, asimismo el orden de trabajos realizados por docentes del programa en un documento Word donde se establecen los trabajos de grado, ponencias, artículos, entre otros, y la realización de un sitio para cargar la información de la maestría en Ciencias Sociales. El programa de la maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica se llevó a cabo el proceso de corrección del documento de registro calificado y un análisis de la evaluación docente. Cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados, se permitió ejecutar satisfactoriamente estas actividades la cual se verá reflejado a lo largo del informe. Estas estrategias que se llevaron a cabo de forma virtual permitieron a que me adaptara a algo que no se ve seguidamente y es trabajar de manera virtual lo cual servirá al trascurrir de los años.

    Acompañamiento en la realización de actividades del proyecto “procesos de formación en el programa de Informática en las trayectorias educativas y laborales de los egresados de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Córdoba”

    El siguiente informe expone lo que se realizó en el proceso de las pasantías, que se llevó a cabo en la Facultad de Educación y Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad de Córdoba. Según las funciones asignadas en la labor como pasante de la Licenciatura en Informática y Medios Audiovisuales, la cual consistió realizar una series de encuesta que busca mirar el impacto que tienen los egresados en la sociedad y esto se realizó a través de una serie de encuestas ,entrevista a egresados de la carrera Cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados, se permitió ejecutar satisfactoriamente estas actividades, aunque el proceso de comunicación se hizo un poco lento finalmente como licenciados realizamos estrategias para comunicarnos con los egresados. Durante todo este proceso se utilizaron estrategias para ayudar a mejorar la comunicación con los egresados, se llevaron a cabo con actitudes positivas, con motivación, superación y sobre todo con responsabilidad y profesionalismo, colocando por encima todos los conocimientos; incorporando las TICs como un medio de solución donde predominará la ética, la cultura y los valores. Ahora bien, los resultados obtenidos, fue realizar un informe sobre el estado actual de los egresados en la sociedad. A nivel general toda la pasantía se llevó de manera positiva, ya que se logró realizar de manera oportuna dando un aporte significativo en todos los procesos internos que se venían realizando en el Departamento de Informática. Todo esto se verá relejado en la página web en Google Sites donde se debían relacionar los informes realizados en años anteriores. ( 2016, 2019 y 2020).

    Alianza Universidad de Córdoba – alto comisionado de las naciones unidas para los refugiados (ACNUR)

    El Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR), desde su creación en 1950, ha trabajado en la protección de los derechos de refugiados, desplazados internos, comunidades indígenas y migrantes en todo el mundo. Su labor incluye la colaboración con gobiernos para mejorar y monitorear políticas de asilo y derechos humanos. ACNUR tiene presencia en 136 países, incluyendo Colombia, donde inició operaciones en 1997 debido a la crisis de desplazamiento interno provocada por el conflicto armado. En Colombia, ACNUR asiste a personas desplazadas, comunidades confinadas, refugiados, migrantes venezolanos, personas en riesgo de apatridia y comunidades de acogida. En el departamento de Córdoba, ACNUR desarrolla programas en municipios como Montería, enfocándose en la atención de población migrante en los Puntos de Atención y Orientación (PAO), dirigidos principalmente a migrantes venezolanos, pero también a personas de África, Asia y Sudamérica que transitan hacia el Darién. Sin embargo, su labor es especialmente significativa en el sur de Córdoba, donde el conflicto armado ha generado alta movilidad y confinamiento, afectando particularmente a la comunidad indígena Embera Katío del Alto Sinú.

    Análisis de la distribución espacial y accesibilidad geográfica a los equipamientos educativos de la margen derecha del Municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica

    Se realizó un análisis de la distribución espacial y accesibilidad geográfica a los equipamientos educativos de la margen derecha del Municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica, mediante el uso de técnicas cartográficas y la aplicación de Sistemas de Información Geográfica, tales técnicas permiten explicar fenómenos espaciales a partir de la cuantificación los hechos asociados al espacio geográfico. Los resultados obtenidos arrojan que los equipamientos educativos se encuentran distribuidos de forma aleatoria y dispersa sobre el territorio, pero aún existe desigualdad en cuanto al tiempo y distancia de recorrido por parte de la población estudiantil para acceder a estos, debido a factores como el estado de la infraestructura vial, y la ocurrencia de fenómenos naturales como inundaciones, que limitan la accesibilidad hacia los mismos.
