The importance of collaboration and flexible thinking in leadership is highlighted. The abstract also discusses leadership empowerment and its role in fostering autonomy and decision-making power. The plan for future teachers is to apply the knowledge gained to become leading teachers who can bring positive change to educational institutions. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all students, recognizing and addressing individual strengths and challenges. We also serve as mentors, providing guidance, support, and building their teaching skills with colleagues. Its complex nature being the subject of discussion among theorists and scholars; nevertheless, something in which we cannot disagree is the role that leaders and leadership have had in the creation and development of societies throughout the years, being an important subject in diverse areas of life, one of those areas being the educational field. Teacher leaders guide, inspire, and seek to improve the quality of education through collaborative work. Teacher Empowerment allows teachers to be able to create, innovate, and implement strategies, as well as look for different approaches to meet students' educational needs. It also gives teachers the opportunity to grow professionally. In this personal leadership statement, we seek to highlight the importance of this phenomenon in the educational field from the perspective of teacher leadership. In addition, this document contains an exploration of relevant literature regarding the concept of leadership and teacher leadership. Likewise, it illustrates our assumptions and leadership empowerment in light of teacher leadership, and the implications for the future. This study is the starting point for building our own path as future teacher leaders and a great addition to our professional development.Publicación Acceso abierto Colaboración al Departamento de Informática con actividades en la jefatura y apoyo al programa de Inglés organizando actividades en la plataforma Cintia(2021-10-06) Martínez Martínez, Dayana Margarita; Rangel Vellojín, Julio JoséEn este informe se detalla las actividades de pasantías realizadas en el departamento de informática educativa y en el programa de inglés, las actividades se ajustan al perfil profesional de la carrera. El trabajo se focalizó en apoyar en varias actividades en ambos programas. Jefatura del departamento de informática. Diseñar tres imágenes correspondientes a la misión, visón y objetivo del programa, descargar los trabajos de investigación del año 2017 al 2020 y pasarlos todos juntos a una carpeta drive, colaboración en un proyecto de investigación “trayectoria egresados” a su vez contactar algunos egresados que no habían realizado dicha encuesta y realizar ajustes en la página web del programa de informática educativa para la visita de los PARES académicos. Con respecto al apoyo en el programa de inglés, mi trabajo consistió en organizar las actividades en la plataforma CINTIA, en ciertas ocasiones realicé recursos y debía tener un monitoreo con las respectivas evidencias de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Para la realización de cada una de las actividades las docentes me suministraron la información necesaria y de esta manera entregar y cumplir de forma completa y objetiva las actividades asignadas.
