Publicación Restringido Distribución espacial de la mortalidad por cáncer de mama en relación con los determinantes sociales estructurales de la salud, Córdoba, período 2008 y 2018.(2023-08-31) Santos Hernandez, Alejandra Del Carmen; Llorente Pérez, Yolima Judith; Mestra Rojas, Danis Patricia; Ospina Martinez, Javier DarioIntroducción: La neoplasia de la mama es la enfermedad con mayor incidencia en las mujeres a nivel mundial. Según el Observatorio Global de Cáncer (GLOBOCAN), para el año 2020 se estimó una aparición de 2,2 millones de casos nuevos en el mundo, representando el 24,5% de todos los canceres. Objetivo: Analizar la distribución espacial de la mortalidad de cáncer de mama y su relación con los determinantes sociales estructurales de la salud en el departamento de Córdoba, Colombia 2008 y 2018. Métodos: se utilizó un estudio de tipo espacial el cual permitió identificar los casos de mortalidad por cáncer de mama por los municipios del departamento de Córdoba y mediante la prueba de sperman se calcularon las correlaciones entre la tasa ajustada de mortalidad por cáncer de mama y los determinantes sociales estructurales de la salud. Discusión: se identificó que contrario a lo establecido en la literatura no existe correlación entre la tasa de mortalidad para cáncer de mama y el analfabetismo en el año 2008 y 2018. De forma similar, no hay correlación entre las barreras de acceso a los servicios de salud y la tasa de mortalidad por cáncer de mama, así como tampoco entre el (NBI) y dicha tasa para el año 2018. Sin embargo, en el caso de la mencionada tasa versus el NBI, se observó lo contrario en el año 2008. Conclusión: los resultados de este estudio no logran explicar claramente la correlación entre la tasa de mortalidad y los determinantes sociales estructurales de la salud, exceptuado por el NBI que podría explicar un poco el comportamiento de dicha tasa para el año 2018, motivo por el cual se deberían fortalecer acciones de salud pública que contribuyan a mejorar este indicador.Publicación Embargo Grupos de apoyo en mujeres con diagnostico de cáncer de mama: una revisón integradora(Universidad de Córdoba, 2024-01-31) Acevedo Ortega, María Alejandra; Acosta Jaraba, Dayana; Maza Padilla, Luz Enith; Bula Romero, Javier Alonso; Ocampo Rivero, Monica MabelEste estudio, se realizó con el propósito de identificar las evidencias científicas relacionadas con los grupos de apoyo en mujeres con cáncer de mama. Objetivo. Analizar la evidencia científica existente relacionada con los grupos de apoyo en mujeres diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama; a través de una revisión integradora de la literatura. Metodología. Revisión integradora de la literatura, con enfoque descriptivo, se dio inicio con la búsqueda de artículos utilizando las palabras claves y los descriptores, Se seleccionaron 12 artículos de las bases de datos Pubmed y Scielo, y en el Metabuscador Google académico, publicados en idioma inglés, portugués y español. Esta investigación se realizó siguiendo las recomendaciones metodológicas planteadas por Whittemore y Knafl. Resultados. En la base de datos Pubmed, se identificó el mayor porcentaje de artículos, con un 58,3%. El 33,3% de los artículos, fueron desarrollados en Estados Unidos; el grupo poblacional predominante, 50%, estuvo conformado por mujeres recién diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama; en el 50% de los artículos predominó el enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo. Entre las disciplinas con mayor descripción de grupos de apoyo, Psicología representó el 58,4% y Enfermería el 25%. Los grupos terapéuticos y la terapia grupal cara a cara fueron las estrategias más utilizadas, representadas por el 58.3%. Conclusión. In order to promote a culture of prevention and early detection of breast diseases, risk factors and healthy lifestyles that allow providing timely diagnostic actions and adequate treatment of the disease, pleasant spaces are designed, called "Pink Clinics “In the investigation, the Pink Clinic of an IPS in the city is shown as a strategy for the early detection of cancer Objective: To determine the social impact of the pink clinics during the year 2020 in the population of women between 40 and 69 years of age in a IPS of Monteria. Type of research and study setting: The research was non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional with a quantitative approach. Because it starts from a question where the topic to be investigated is delimited, allowing to determine the social impact of the pink clinics, as well as designing an instrument that allows it to be measured, identifying characteristics associated with adherence to the program guidelines in the beneficiary population. The study was conducted in a Primary IPS, located in the city of Monteria. Results: the participation of 322 users between 40 and 69 years’ old who attended the pink office, where we determined the compliance indicators, is shown. Taking into account the annual goal was 42.1%, in addition, the procedures and activities of the care route of those attending the program are explained. It was evidenced that 100% of the women attended consider attending the office to be of great importance, likewise, that in the same percentage this space has positively 13 influenced their habits and lifestyles. Objective: To determine the level of effectiveness of family functionality in 25 women who have experienced breast cancer, belonging to a support network in the city of Montería, Colombia. Method: Descriptive-cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through the application of a sociodemographic survey designed by the researchers and the “scale of evaluation of the effectiveness of family functionality” in its free version in Spanish by Marie Luise Friedemann, which facilitated the evaluation of 20 items that they make up dimensions and goals that together make up the family functionality. Results: Participating women are aged between 33 and 84 years, with 28% being between the ages of 44 and 53; they live in the low-low stratum (52%), married (36%), living with partners and children (44%), technical education level (40%) and spirituality (84%) is the most preferred support network. The evaluation of the dimensions of the family system showed high levels of system maintenance (84%) and changes in the system (48%), but individuation (60%) and coherence (48%) reported intermediate levels; The goals, on the other hand, reflected intermediate levels of growth (60%), spirituality (64%) and the goal of stability (72%) and control (64%) was located at a high level Conclusions: 80% of the participants have a low level of effectiveness of family functionality, followed by 20% whose level is intermediate, results that indicate the need to work on the dimensions of individuation and coherence and on the goals of growth and spirituality to achieve effectiveness in the family system.
