That is why, in the current monographic work, the incorporation of autonomous transport vehicles in international logistics management is studied; for this, three chapters were developed, the first describes the general aspects of autonomous vehicles, their origin, applications, the components that guarantee their operation and the regulations that govern them; This information is of special relevance to have a first approach with this technology and the needs that it can satisfy. The second chapter presents the autonomous transport vehicles that have been incorporated into international logistics management processes, the companies that are developing innovations in this field, and the tests and prototypes that have been carried out at a global level are shown. The last chapter points out the economic benefits of using autonomous vehicles in international logistics management processes, compared to conventional vehicles; similarly, its competitive advantages in terms of costs, delivery times and customer satisfaction are highlighted; and as a counterpart, the disadvantages associated with its adoption, the limitations of its massive deployment and the barriers that it currently has are mentioned.Publicación Acceso abierto Implementación de la estrategia metodológica PIENSA-C, para el desarrollo del pensamiento computacional con inteligencia artificial en estudiantes de secundaria(2023-02-13) Cordero Falco, Ángel Manuel; Durango Ramos, Jorge Carlos; Muñoz Vargas, Isabel Cristina; Giraldo Cardozo, Juan CarlosThis research categorized in the line of research design of proposals and models for the incorporation and integration of computing and audiovisual media, identified the lack of methodological strategies aimed at teaching the subject of Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the development of computational thinking. From this research, we sought to implement the PIENSA-C methodological strategy developed in 2021 by the AVI research seedbed, the educational informatics department and the extension area of the University of Córdoba, making adjustments and contributing to the creation of an illustrated guide of the methodological strategy. The results that were obtained from the application of a diagnostic evaluation show the deficiency in the subject of artificial intelligence and computational thinking of the 9th grade students, during the development of the strategy, in which 33 ninth grade students took part. of the El Dorado Educational Institution, Vallejo headquarters in the city of Montería in the department of Córdoba - Colombia. Favorable results were obtained, since at the end of the intervention this aspect was improved, and it was incorporated into the institution's area plan, developing an illustrated methodological guide, adjusting the resources of the PIENSA-C 2021 methodological strategy, in addition to participating in events that allowed the socialization and dissemination of the strategy at an international level, thus achieving the objectives proposed in the research.Publicación Acceso abierto Inteligencia artificial aplicada a la cadena de suministro globales(2022-03-29) Peinado Pineda, Ivana Sofia; Díaz Salas, Isaías; Rodríguez Bermúdez, DanielAdvances in technology are directly linked to the evolution of business procedures and today a prominent word in this context is Artificial Intelligence, a technique through which machines acquire logical reasoning and can make decisions, capabilities that were previously exclusive to humans. The logistics industry has not been left out of the adoption of these disruptive systems, and in recent years it has taken advantage of their capabilities to improve all supply chain processes. It is for this reason that the present work has as its fundamental objective to analyze the incorporation of artificial intelligence in the global supply chain; for this, the conceptual components of Artificial Intelligence (AI), its origin, evolution, importance and the characteristics of its implementation are initially recognized; equally, the artificial intelligence techniques that have been adopted in each of the stages of the global supply chain are pointed out; and finally, the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of its application are exposed. The methodology used was based on the qualitative descriptive method and the grounded theory design, through which the study phenomenon was investigated, from the interpretation of the approaches of different authors; using the documentary review technique for the observation of various works. The results showed that the adoption and use of AI in the industry of the region constitutes a factor of capital and work, which favors the increase in productivity and economic benefit, due to the automation of activities and the improvement of performance by the use of algorithms and machines, with capabilities to a greater extent and cognitive complexity, than the human workforce. But, this implies a high risk of automation of various jobs, which could mean the destruction of trades or the generation of new jobs that require technical and specialized skills. La aplicación del Aprendizaje Automático y el Aprendizaje Profundo ha abierto nuevas posibilidades para el análisis detallado y complejo de datos. Dentro de estas técnicas, las Redes Neuronales Convolucionales (CNN) destacan por su potencial en la interpretación precisa de imágenes dermatológicas. Pero, a pesar de su alta precisión, estos sistemas podrían no abarcar completamente las sutilezas clínicas, desafiando el paradigma tradicional del diagnóstico basado en la experiencia y la empatía humanas. Este estudio tiene como objetivo compilar información sobre el potencial de la Inteligencia Artificial para la detección temprana del melanoma maligno en Colombia, identificando los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrenta la implementación de estas herramientas avanzadas en la práctica clínica. Esta monografía de compilación se relaciona con la aplicación de IA en la detección de melanoma en el contexto médico colombiano. Se recopiló información de diversas fuentes bibliográficas, incluyendo estudios académicos, páginas web y datos sobre el uso de herramientas de IA en el sector médico de Colombia. Finalmente, con la biodiversidad y datos en Colombia, existe una oportunidad para mejorar y adaptar los modelos de Aprendizaje Automático y otras formas de IA para lograr un diagnóstico más preciso y efectivo del melanoma. Si bien existen desafíos, el interés del sector privado es un motivo para ser optimistas sobre el futuro de la implementación de la IA en el campo médico colombiano, especialmente en la detección temprana del melanoma.Publicación Acceso abierto Sistema de identificación de enfermedades y plagas en el cultivo de sandía(Universidad de Córdoba, 2024-01-22) Cueto Morelo, Raúl; Atencio Flórez, Juan; Gómez Gómez, Jorge Eliecer; Hernández Riaño, Velssy Liliana; Salas Álvarez, Daniel José; Gómez Gómez, Jorge EliecerEn este estudio se desarrolló una aplicación móvil bajo el nombre “Sandiapp”, con el objetivo de identificar las diferentes plagas y enfermedades que afectan el cultivo de sandía en el municipio de San Bernardo del Viento - Córdoba. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se realizó un levantamiento de campo utilizando el método cuantitativo, como estudio sistemático de los hechos dentro de los cuales se presentó el caso, para obtener información útil para formular la propuesta y sustentar la propuesta a través de un sistema que a través del aprendizaje automático identifica los tipos de plagas y enfermedades que afectan los cultivos de sandía. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se utilizaron ciertos algoritmos de visión artificial, el cual consiste en reconocer formas, distancias, ángulos, colores y determinar las dimensiones de la planta de sandía. Para realizar este procedimiento se ha considerado la forma y tamaño de la lámina. A través de las pruebas realizadas durante el desarrollo de este trabajo se concluye que: Mediante la implementación del sistema de visión artificial se demostró el incremento en el porcentaje de agricultores, los cuales ahora cuentan con un mayor nivel de información sobre plagas y enfermedades del cultivo de sandía.
