    The present degree work deals with the study carried out at the special administrative health unit of the University of Córdoba, where observations have been made in the area of registration and affiliations on the affiliation process of users, where shortcomings have been found that they exist in a notorious way as far as the organization of the documentation in the users' folders is concerned, errors in the database since they do not have the documentation required to be affiliated with the UAES, this led to the elaboration of a form created through google forms which helps to optimize, collect and update all user documents such as citizenship card, affiliation letter among other documents, the form was created in order to the good performance of the functions of the affiliation registration area and of each dependency of the Special Administrative Unit in Health.

    The General System of Social Security in Health - SGSSS seeks to generate conditions that protect the health of Colombians as established by the Statutory Law, guaranteeing the universality of insurance and effective access to health services, preserving the financial sustainability of the system, being the well-being of the user, the central axis and articulating nucleus of health policies. Health affiliation is carried out in the contributory or subsidized regime, through the health promoting entities (EPS). The objective of this research is to describe the processes that are carried out in the insurance area with respect to the benefits of users in the health secretary of Montería Córdoba, in the period of 2023. The plan developed to work in business practice is based on a research work as a methodology, this is of a diagnostic nature since we seek to analyze the affiliation process in the municipal secretary of montería in the insurance area, knowing all the procedure that it carries out to the affiliation of users who are not affiliated to the subsidized regime. One of the fundamental processes for the insurance area was analyzed, such as the affiliation process to the subsidized health regime, taking as support tools all the related documents and that are stipulated to carry out the affiliation process, also the knowledge of contractors in the insurance area of the health secretary of the city of Montería.
